1. Return Period:
You can return the purchased items within 30 days of receipt of the shipment. The return period expires 30 days after the item has been delivered to you or a designated recipient.
2. Condition of Returned Products:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging, with all labels and seals intact.
3. Non-returnable Items:
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods, personalized or customized items, gift cards, downloadable software products, health and personal care items. Please check the product page for more details on these restrictions.
4. Return Shipping:
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or there was a mistake on our part. Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance as we can't guarantee receipt of your returned item.
5. Returns Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@giveglitz.com providing your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. Our team will provide further instructions regarding the return process.
6. Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain amount of days.
7. Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at support@giveglitz.com.
8. Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@giveglitz.com.
